If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry items you recieved or will like to return them, we accpet returns up to 5 days of purchase. Over 5 days all sales are final and no return/refund will be issued.

When retuning items, the goods have to be in their original conditions upon you recieving them.

When returning items unpackaged or not in its original packaging, T & A Jewelry will charge 20% of the purchase cost for a restocking fee.

If you are a customer outside of Illinois you have to cover shipping cost to return your items. Furthermore, T & A Jewelry is not responsible for lost goods in transit.

In line with other importers in our industry, we reserve the right to discontinue business with anyone we deem to be taking advantage of or overusing our return policy.

Cancellation- Orders can be canceled as long as the order is still in process. If the order is in shipping status then it CANNOT be canceled (no exceptions).
